Backing up of Data
The built in functionality of Shout! saves 10 versions of each page. Shout!
also backs your entire website incrementally for 14 days meaning we can
go back and retrieve something you lost up to 14 days ago. Extended
back ups are available upon request.

We are happy to help. Our Support area includes both videos and guided
tours that will take you through a step-by-step process on how to use
all of the Shout! tools. No waiting needed!
